Carolina Model Railroaders model in both HO and N Scales.  Our N Scale layout was originally displayed in our old space, now known as the West Wing of the depot.  In 2001, we moved the layout to Revolution Mills, to make way for the depot's renovation.  While at our temporary space in Revolution Mills, the layout was modified to accomidate the space available.  We also upgraded the power supply from a conventional DC system to a DCC system using a Digitrax Super Chief.  Our layout has two main lines, each independently power by the Super Chief.  Now in our new home, the layout has taken on its third configuration, and recently as undergone an upgrade to power control many of the switches (turnouts).
